About our Sedona Essential Oils

The essential oils we use are gathered from the Sedona, Flagstaff and Verde Valley areas (except for two), and are distilled in Sedona in small batches. They are either wild-harvested or cultivated and unsprayed. Several are quite rare. The cultivated essential oils are organic, but not “certified” organic, because the official certification process is usually too expensive for small farmers.

The first exception is the organic Valencia Orange, which is obtained from a local juicery but is grown in the lower elevations of Arizona. The second exception is the Lisbon / Ponderosa Lemon Peel co-distill, which is also harvested down in the valley, just north of Phoenix.

All essential oils are steam-distilled in Sedona and are not photo-toxic. The essential oils are natural products, meaning they are “not standardized”. Therefore, their fragrance can and will change from distillation to distillation, depending on many factors, such as rainfall, temperatures, harvest dates, age, etc…

Please review the ingredients in our aromatherapy products to make sure you have no allergies or sensitivities to any of the essential oils in the blends. Our aromatherapy blends are fragrances and should not be used for medical or health purposes.

Sedona Synergy Aromatherapy Fragrance Blends use a base of Organic Jojoba Wax (liquid) and Organic Fractionated Coconut Oil. These oils are unscented, light, non-greasy, and absorb into your skin quickly.
